Of all the good things that people say about Ministry of Bass, I would say that its the People who make every visit a 5 Star experience.Not only the people are knowledgeable, they are friendly and customer centric too.I have always seen Simon greet all his customers with a pleasant and heartwarming smile.

This place is brilliant! I came into the store and asked if somebody could help me set my gains and tune my subwoofers and amplifier. A man came out within 5 minutes and he spent a good 15 minutes with me helping me and teaching me many new things about tuning and setting your gains. He even fitted a bridging cable for me and supplied me with a few bits and pieces at a great price. I definitely recommend and I will be back!

I was incredibly impressed with the service, product range, knowledge and advice given at Ministry of Bass, with a particular acknowledgement to the assistance provided by Simon who in my opinion went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. After speaking with a number of car audio stores both local and interstate I immediately felt comfortable dealing with Simon and M.O.B. when I was quoted a system that met my needs (and once installed, completely exceeded my expectations). I didn’t feel pressured or clearly over-quoted like other stores who just seemed disinterested. Put simply, if you want top service, ultra-competitive prices, great product range and advice, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

The man in the store was very helpful, spent time and was informative. He didn't try to up sell me any of his products instead he was happy to install my aftermarket unit. He spent time explaining how my new unit worked when i picked up my car and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a car stereo, display screens etc to give them a visit.

I spent a lot of time researching where I would take my little Alfa to be retro fitted with an Apple CarPlay receiver. And MOB were the cheapest. They did take a little while to reply to my initial enquiry but they are busy for a reason. Run by a charming husband and wife team and for me, conveniently located just close enough to drop Alfie and walk home.Expert fitting, quick service and very good price. Highly recommend.

We had a subwoofer and amplifier installed in 2021, the installer ran the lead wire from the battery through the firewall of the vehicle (as is standard practice) after about 6 months the subwoofer lost volume and tone and no longer worked as advertised.Recently we had to take the vehicle to a mechanic as we noticed mould through the entire passenger side carpets and water coming into the vehicle. Upon inspection the mechanic discovered that water had been running down the wire through the grommet and into the vehicle when it was raining. This has cost us about $1500 in cleaning and repairs to have the leak sealed. When contacting the installer they offered no assistance with the cost of this and claimed as it was more than 2 years since installation of the system and there was nothing for them to do. This struck me as very poor customer service on the companies part. I have taken other vehicles to this installer as have many people I know and this is the first issue I have experienced. Would not recommend going here as I would hate for someone to experience what we have.

Great service, Great quality of work, great prices. You’d be silly to go elsewhere.

I have been visiting and buying from MOB for last 3 years. I generally buy from this shop and install it my self. I would have to say Simon has always been a great help, he is always happy to help with my stupid questions. Simon till the time I am in Adelaide, your business is my go to for my audio install needs and help.

I was blown away by the service received from Joy in the showroom, she pointed me in the right direction for my new speakers and didn't hesitate to swap over some speaker spacers that weren't quite right.Simon was super dooper helpful diagnosing an issue after I'd installed them too! Highly recommended!!!
