They went above and beyond to provide us with the information we required to feel fully informed every step of the way. They utilised clear and timely communication to specify tasks and timelines; this kept things on track but prevented overwhelm! Sharyn really took the time to explain the various loan products so we felt comfortable with our loan structure and choice of lender. She is super knowledgeable not only regarding property finance, but also the overall process of purchasing property inc. timelimes and where the finance side of things fit in and where to seek external advice for matters outside her scope.
