Fantastic customer service, after contacting multiple spa repair companies Liam at Peninsula Spa repairs was the one person who advised me to check if our spa heater was potentially on a product recall list after I advised the heater brand. Sure enough it is and without that valuable information we may have continued to use it while it was deemed a safety hazard.Liam took the time to assist me even though he knew I was quite a distance from the Peninsula.I highly recommend, thanks again!! :)

The service was super professional and proficient. I was able to have my spa fixed the day Liam came out, which included some brand new parts that Liam had ready to go. The pricing was discussed first and was very reasonable. My spa is finally working again after a hiatus of being faulty. Thank you! I would definitely recommend!

Liam went above and beyond troubleshooting a display not responding.’he tried everything he could. Unfortunately he was unable to get it working. He said he would try to get a test display to ensure the pool heater was working prior to me dishing out money for a new display and finding the pool heat pump no longer worked. Very impressed and definitely recommend.
