Over charged parts.( Double ) over charged time taken, no ethics there . I waited for 4 hours for a repair. They charged me for 6 and even stoped for lunch and added a substatial cleaning fee.. they offered a negligable discount off next service.. i dont reward dishonesty..

Did my apprenticeship pretty good place to work gets super busy. Smaller sized yard but always trucks coming in and out. Centralised metropolitan location. Stand alone specialist Hino dealership for sales, parts and servicing. Very high demand product and workshop usually very busy too with openings on some weekends. No night shift unfortunately.
