Woolworths is Woolworths. Heaps of stuff out of stock and specials are few and far between in essential items. Luckily the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I did my shop today, I must say that the girl on the checkout (I think her name was Jessica) needs a lesson in customer service. I have never seen anyone on the checkouts who was so sour. She also doesn't know the difference between a paw paw and candy melon, nearly charging me $9, for candy melons. I also wanted to pay by the app which she had no idea about. I think she might need some more training.

Today in the express checkout the girl on the register short changed me. When i pointed out that my change was wrong she couldnt understand what the correct amount should be. She had to get help. Simple maths. Not the 1st time its happened. Also puts a couple of items in a bag then starts on a new bag. Seems like robbing people is common place. Chedk your change carefully people cause its a frequent occurrence. They never give you too much change.

I did my normal weekly Click and collect. I had to go up and purchase tobacco products so I thought I would collect it myself. I had to wait a fair while as it was extremely busy. The customer service I received from the lady I think Debbie and the young man working with her was absolutely beautiful. It was a nice change to be treated like a human not a number

Bought some raw chicken breasts from them yesterday and cooked it. Has given me food poisoning so bad I've had to call in sick to work and have been sick all day and last night.
