Chi-Link Massage Chair

I received my massage chair about 3 weeks ago. I had stiff muscles in my back since I had to be in bed for long periods of time due to a medical episode I went through last couple of years.The chair did help me to get the tensions off as I could get frequent massages at home when ever I feel pain in my upper back and shoulders.Tyler was very informative about the product and arranged a quick delivery. Maas and Manjula did a great job bringing the chair one staircase up to my apartment.The only missing feature is getting the hamstrings worked on. But I haven't found this feature in any other massage chairs so far.I don't think it can replace a good masseur as they can find specific trigger point spots that needs to be worked on out side the range of the scope of the massage arms of the chair.But overall it's a great product if you need regular massages to relieve muscle tension.

Salesperson lied, and said i had a grace period of 2 weeks and could return it if i was not satisfied! I called the manager and he said there is no grace period. The chair itself is not that good and has uneven pressure with air bags. The left speaker was blown on delivery, the chair creeks and makes sounds like its going to breakdown. The delivery people initially came when it was raining and said they had to dismantle it to fit through the door. I obviously was not happy, and rescheduled only 4 them to brake the sliding door taking it off, to fit chair through! I was told i was getting a further 200 discount at the beginning and a 100 gift card. Never received either! The manager was rude and this company lie to get you to buy the chair then they turn there back on you! And salesperson lied about how much rent i pay in order for me to get finance! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR CHAIR!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DEALING WITH CHI LINK! IT IS A SCAM AND POOR POOR TREATMENT! I AM STUCK WITH A 6 THOUSAND DOLLAR CHAIR THAT IS HALF AS GOOD AS CHAIRS HALF THE PRICE! DONT BUY THIS CHAIR!!

An amazing massage chair. I have had it for one year now. Never gave me any problem. Still gives you a massage like a new. Very relaxing. Even my mother inlaw who is 60+ uses it. All age recommended.

From Tyler, who dealt with us personally until our product was ordered to Maas and the team boys delivered my chi chair on time. Everything was done with great customer service. Both my husband and I enjoy better quality sleep with a daily massage with Chi-Link’s Executive chair. The team has been helpful from sales to delivery, and explained clearly to us how to use the chair. A great buy!

First Chair had issues and after months of chasing up from my end and delays finally got it replaced. However during the replacement the delivery team damaged my walls whilst removing the old chair. Since then the company has gone radio silent to my emails and correspondence.

I’m very happy with my Chi-Link Massage Chair, Sam was very helpful with all my inquiries!, I believe in timing and have been contemplating in purchasing one for a few years. So timing was just right. I love using the chair in the morning when I get up, and later on in the evening before going to sleep. I highly recommend this chair for all ages!
