Went here yesterday with my wife for a ski boot fitting. Service was excellent, all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and super friendly. They didn't push any products in our face like some other snowsports stores do. Definitely will come back.

First time buying ski boots after being sick of rental boots that were never comfortable and didn't fit well.Elliot seemed to be knowledgeable with boot fitting and took the time to find a boot that seems to fit well.Can't wait to try them out in a few months time!

He is also knowledgeable and honest on the conditions that skiers may find, and directed me to the aspects in skis I should look out for, to address my needs. Very good service, good advice, honest and upfront about the good and bad of what they're having me try out. My feet and calves are much wider than average, as confirmed by their 3D scanner, and unfortunately they didn't have stock of the right boot at the time. Asked me if I'd really want to get a boot back on the day or am willing to wait for the stock, so they placed me on their waitlist. No hardselling so really appreciate that. Also found out in the process that I need a much stiffer boot (100++ Flex), and it's the reason why I struggle with blue runs. If you're looking to move on from rental boots, these guys are the ones to go to. Cheers!

Really poor service. Ordered a helmet (size sensitive) for my daughter's birthday. It arrived two weeks late as the parcel was delivered incorrectly and was returned to sender. I saved it for Christmas instead. It didn't fit. It took them two months to respond to my request for an exchange (not even a refund) despite me emailing theee times. They refused on the grounds the 30 day return period had expired. Rude and curt response. Won't use them again.

Bought a bib from here and the zip broke after an hour of wearing it, I emailed them about claiming under warranty as I had bought it last season but only wore it for the first time this season because my trip was postponed, but never heard back... other items were good & delivery was fast

Highly recommend them if you’re thinking of getting yourself a pair of perfectly fit ski boots. I’ve got my ski boots from them several years back and recently send my partner there too.They’ve got a new foot scanning equipment last year, it scans and creates a 3D model of your feet which helps identifying the pressure points when wearing the boots, therefore a perfectly matching boots for your feet. My partner’s feet is quite tricky in terms of their shape, it took them 2 hours to find the right boots, bake the insole and shell, and also tweak a few things on the boots manually to make sure it’s a perfect fit, but nothing is too much trouble for these guys. They’re super experienced and patient through out the process which makes the boot fitting experience very pleasant.

Lachie is super professional, very meticulous, friendly and passionate about bootfitting. We finally found the perfect pair of ski boots after so many years of rentals. It is so much more comfortable and the heat mould makes it even perfect. Highly recommended. Awesome people, awesome vibes. Thank you.
