Trenery

My local Trenery store. Monique and Celia have always been helpful with suggestions. Service is great. Womenswear selection classy and elegant.

I went into this store to purchase a Father’s Day gift as my dad used to like their cotton t-shirts. The customer service was terrible, with team members just standing round having a chat when I clearly was looking for assistance. I then proceeded to purchase a few items with the intention of returning one or two as we had to check for size. About a week later I went back to the same store with the intention to return one of the shirts as we decided it wasn’t the right fit. For context I had just been to the gym and while I looked put together and was wearing exercise gear. I walked up to the counter and had to wait while the ‘ladies’ finished their conversation. I then proceeded to pull the shirt out of the bag and ask for a return. The lady I believe her name was Rhonda (the same lady that sold me the shirts) looked me up and down and picked the shirt up with just her thumb and pointer finger, as if it was ‘dirty’ all while having this look of disgust. She then reused me a refund and said a store credit would have to suffice.to say I was humiliated would be an understatement. I will never shop in this store or any stores for that matter again. Terrible.

The clothes are very nice .. the service not so great
