CareMaster

CareMaster is a great product and I highly recommend.I am a small NDIS support Coordination business and it has worked very well for us.It is really simple to use and have found that it has reduced our admin and accounting time in half.It is integrated with Xero which has made the billing process less complex, especially for someone who is not that computer savvy.CareMaster have always been quick to resolve any issues (which were mostly user errors, not system errors) and have a great customer service team (thanks so much Ifty).

Aberstone Community Services uses CareMaster as our one-stop-shop CMS platform for management of all of our systems. Integrates seemlessly with Xero for payroll and accounting. Has allowed our business to grow signifcantly over the last two years.

We've had some issues but after a delightful conversation with Lachlan Stevens from Casemaster we are making progress. With some training booked for next week I'll be able to update my review with some more relevant information
