Ok I've tried the whole menu now I believe... I think they reheat their ribs .... They ain't great but ain't bad... Everything else is preheated besides maybe the burgers which I haven't tried yet.... But I have to admit... Everything I eat from here makes me run to the toilet like KFC 20mins after finishing a meal. Just a heads up lol. It's not that fresh or natural. Cheers

I’ve been here before on multiple occasions, and I liked it. However, I recently went and it’s safe to say I was disappointed. It seemed that they got too caught up in trying to be ahead of the game technologically, with a robot server and online ordering. Terrible. My food lacked taste, my mother’s meal was given a substitution without her consent and she said it was terrible. My mother took a screenshot of our order so we know what we had, but they were insistant that their screen was correct. I could’ve looked past the wait if the food was good, but in this case, I can’t. It was terrible, we got no real apology nor refund, and we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Ok, I must say, we have been to different Burrito Bars in Brisbane and this one by far has the best food, drinks and feel. The staffs are all friendly and you get what you order. My husband likes his burrito to be hot, death by chilli hot and they always deliver. Ordered chicken wings today and it was so much better than the other Burrito Bar. Victoria Point has it right, moist, tender and full of flavours. Thursdays are great days to go, as it is buy one get one free day. Anything on the menu, eat one at the restaurant and take one home for later. They even have a Baskin and Robbins in the store and the deal applies to ice cream too. Their Sangria are the best, Fridays are Sangria days = discounts. Bonus to the location is that it is situated by the entrance of the cheapest movie cinema in brisbane/ Cineplex. Price for tickets to Cineplex is below, make a day of it for the school holiday. Plenty to see and explore in Victoria Point.

We sat down and the tables were filthy. I went to the counter and asked the waitress if she had anything she could use to please clean the tables. She grabbed a dirty dishrag and the spray and proceeded to come around the counter. I then asked if she could please get a fresh wipe. The place was not busy at all, there were only two other customers. Being mother's day I was quite surprised. She only cleaned half the table and then went away. Our orders came out and we couldn't finish them as they were awful. I have eaten at two other burrito bars before and they were so much better. The meals were cold.I ordered slow cooked beef nachos. There was just gravy instead of slow cooked meat. The nacho chips were pale and soggy. My son got quesadilla. It was just filled with tomato, and there was just cheese in it and no meat. And if just fell apart as it was soggy. We left in disgust and were really disappointed with our meals.

We waited 30 minutes for waffles and icecream as the hot food was prioritised and there was only one new staff member at the cash register and another waitress serving hot meals, the rest were all kitchen staff and no one free to dish up two waffles and ice cream. The poor cash register attended was flustered and apologised profusely. Another great example of cost cuts by not providing good training and enough staff. Shame on the manager who does not care that the staff are flustered and stressed out.

Went for a birthday dinner that was booked for 10 people and they had no recollection of it and looked at us like we were idiots , so no table prepared , but then they decide to check the “bookings” book and see that it was there. The service was absolutely appalling, and took so long to come out , waited continuously for drinks , and the server was sick as a dog and at work with no mask serving food . Never again.

The wife and I have been here many times since Burrito Bar opened and overall we have been a repeat customer due to the great food and great value for money. Staff are always friendly and during the busy times a wait is expected but usually no more than is to be expected at other establishments. Highly recommend the 2 for 1 Thursdays

I used to love burrito bar and the food hasn’t really changed but I feel like the service has fallen a bit. It’s fine when they’re slow but we get burritos on $5 burrito night. One pick up order we put in had mislabeled burritos. An order I put in recently had no labels. To be fair it was for 11 burritos but that just made it worse trying to figure out which one belonged to who. They seem underprepared for what they have on special or any busy period..

Unfortunate experience on a Saturday night. One staff member was expected to run food and manage the till - who did not want to be there. We waited over half an hour just to be told they didn't have cider and they could make an alternative drink. Food took even longer and came out pretty sad looking and tasteless. The tables were covered with food and cutlery.
