From the initial approach to this stage which is prior to delivery of our shed I have nothing but praise for this company.I found them efficient, prompt and friendly to deal with. From the first email connection, Mitch was easy to communicate with. Where he was unclear as to my specifications, he asked for more details. Where there were changes needed from my side, he made them quickly and simply. There was quite a time gap between design, decision and permit grant when I could finally order. But there was no pressure. I was pleased with the whole experience including the clear progress and payment process. I look forward to the finished product

Great (but ultimately dishonest) service during the sales process, but AWFUL service one they had our money in their pocket. And then a PAGE of materials didn't show up with delivery.Awful all around, and take zero accountability for complaints or concerns. Not worth the hassle.

Wide Span has excellent systems and customer-focused routines that make the process clear and repeatable. Looking forward to getting our carport next!

Mitch as extremely helpful with the quote and was always accommodating with the design changes we made along the way. Their portal is especially useful tool with all the information you need, and the 3D viewer was excellent at helping get the finer details right. We haven't had the delivery yet but the service up to now has been great.

Excellent Service. Very helpful & answered all of our questions. As a stressed out 1st time owner builder, with no prior experience, there is some small comfort in knowing that all the bits & pieces are prefabricated ready for assembly. Now its time to roll up the sleeves & get busy!

Shed is good quality and a solid design much better than some of the others on the market, but the problem is their Customer service agents" are useless

Helen was fantastic even when we had some issues with paper work at the end. She kept me updated. And had the issue resolved rapidly. The whole process with wide span was fantastic. Start to end they delivered.
