Extremely Unprofessional.I missed a call from a Dr and called back instantly and spoke with Lisa saying I had just missed a call, whilst on the phone to Lisa the Dr tried calling again Lisa refused to help me with no reason given. Quite frustrated I called back to speak with someone else, Jo answered the phone and I explained the situation to which she offered no help and then transferred me to LISA with no resolution.

Doctors on both visits were unprofessional. On the second visit the dr didn’t want to look at the site of my partners abdominal bruising which was causing pain after receiving a covid booster shot. She tried multiple times to show him the site of pain which he strongly avoided not to see it.

A doctor did for me directly booking date and designated the treatment time. There were two double checks(text, email) the day before, and I visited that day, but they said that my booking date was a different day. The doctor and receptionist didn't sorry to me, they just said it wasn't their fault. I couldn't forget her rudeness of that reception staff and Doctor, I got biased because of her.Absolutely not recommend. If you can tolerate their rudeness and have plenty of time, go for it.

The Cons: Andrew Summers is probably the worst doctor I've ever encountered! No people skills, Lacks empathy and compassion!Very poor communication and prefers the sound of his own voice, whilst being abrupt in nature with patients. It is a pity he still practices there, as the 5 stars above is given to the wonderful doctors listed below. This practice is wonderful due to the following doctors:, and Ebony and the girls on the desk are always courteous, friendly and helpful. The Pro''s:The BEST doctors in my view have always been DR Nirmala Velusamy and Dr Saloni Shah. I have been a patient for over 5 years and they are, in my view extremely good doctors on every level. They are very good listeners, very thorough if needing bloodwork, xrays etc, they show compassion and empathy and really go out of their way to help you with whatever ailment you have. They are also wonderful with children and the elderly. I have no hesitation in recommending these wonderful doctors as they would be an asset to any medical fraternity. N Swift

Always great service. Minimal waiting time. Dr Shah always excellent. Kind and intelligent. Bulk billing a big attraction.

I totally agree with the reviews left by Manuela and Nate Swift, I have also had bad experiences with Dr Andrew Summers (I see he is no longer listed on their website). He berated me for asking for pain killers, told me the only reason I felt pain was because I was depressed and gave me a script for antidepressants, which had a known side effect of hot flushes, even though I had just explained to him that I was perimenopausal and suffering from bad nightly hot flushes. One simple x-ray would have told him that I actually had an osteoarthritic hip. The reason for the 3 stars is that there are a couple of good doctors at this practice.

If you could give 0 I’d give 0. If you want actually want medical advice or help I would stay away…avoid at all cost especially if they want to charge now! Receptionist was nice and prompt however, which is a change to the last time. Won’t return.

Thank god I read these reviews before going to appt! All the 5 stars look fake from staff or bots. I’d avoid at all costs, even though it’s bulk bill these people sound like they are doing more harm than good.

i would just like to comment on how nice it was to have a very pleasant, well mannered young lady tend to me at the reception desk today.I thought you had to be grumpy and miserable to work as a receptionist at a doctors practice.Aami has proven this theory wrong. Thanks Aami keep up the fantastic work

Dr. Atif Raouf treated me horribly and with disrespect. He threw me out for no good reason and refused to treat me. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a Doctor. I say that Dr. Atif Raouf acted extremely unprofessionally.
