Really appreciate this team. I’m quite anxious about dentists and they always make me feel very cared for and listened to. Highly recommend them.

Our kid had a stack on her bike and chipped some teeth. The team took after hours calls, reviewed photos, and then opened the practice early the next morning to make sure she was seen asap. I can express how grateful I am and can not recommend highly enough.

100% the most awful dentist I've ever been to. I attended this clinic several years ago (the same dentist is there I see) and I still tell the story to this day as the worst dentist I ever had. The dentist gave me all the local they can legally and I could still feel him drilling. I was jumping and saying ouch" and he rolled his eyes and told me there was no way I felt it as he had given me the most local he can legally give - I later found out that the reason I still felt it would be due to his error and injecting in the wrong place. Because of his negligence I left with a half broken and open tooth and had to go to hospital for surgery and to have it done properly. Later when I requested my records I received a really snarky email from them implying this was all my fault. Horrible family! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else."

I arrived in Darwin with a terrible tooth ache. These guys awere terrific, really looked after me and went the extra mile for me even though lm not a local. Thanks Dr.Michael and special thanks to the girls assisting , the kind words and gentle touch on my shoulder made a world of difference . Happy to recomend this practice any time.

Excellent. Didn't make me feel bad. Just wanted the best for me, and worked out a plan that worked for both of us.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this Dentist. I'm a new patient and after an initial check up that went well, I returned a week later to have a retaining wire glued back in place. I was told this would be straightforward. The dentist started to become increasingly frustrated with the wire and then with me. He was visibly annoyed, agitated and even stormed out of the room at one time.In my first visit I explained that we are a defence family that relocate every few years. This means that my children and I receive no continuity of care. Someone in one state comes up with a plan and then we move and it becomes someone else's job to figure that plan out. Instead of showing empathy and compassion for our situation, this dentist had appalling bedside manner.For the first time ever, I made the call to end an appointment. I walked out shaken, without a retaining wire and $280 lighter.This is not the dentist for us.

Great Dentist, very professional, would highly recommend.
