As a business owner I understand the challenges of running a small business. So I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the good work of dominoes Kempsey. They are my local store and I have ordered from them weekly for a long time now and they are one of the best. Their pizzas are always high quality and delivered fast.

Apart from the kid who answers the phone to take your order ( yerp yerp yerp yerp) can be very annoying , the other staff are great ,like Luke the ( store manager) Chunk the (delivery guy ) all friendly people.

Just purchased two cheaper pizzas and a semi premium ($14.00) . The cheaper ($5) pizzas had more on them and looked so much better . Come on team. Pick up the quality

I ordered a delivery tonight and didn’t receive my bottle of soft drink…didn’t catch the driver so I rang the store to ask if they could drop back. I spoke to the manager (Jackie) she was extremely rude after I questioned how long it will take. She yelled at me, cut me off and told me ‘complain, see if I give a damn’. At least the food was good, but pizzas weren’t cut properly. The delivery lady was lovely

Ordered some pizzas and churros for a home delivery.When the order arrived The pizzas were not sliced properly and had to be ripped apart and one was not what we had ordered.I telephoned Kempsey store and spoke to someone that was not at all helpful and who had no interest in maybe replacing the incorrect pizza.The churros were not cooked and had the potential to make someone ill. We recooked them and they were a little better.A very expensive and disappointing experience.The delivery lady was lovely.
