Staff at this shop really need to learn what polite customer service is.

Amazing service from the lovely lady today and beautiful products

Dusk products are absolutely wonderful, but the staff at the Mount Barker store really put me off shopping there. One lady in particular has been there each time I go in, and she does not stop being pushy or trying to upsell, even after politely being told no. They don't give you time to browse without pouncing on you repeatedly, and then following around the store making suggestions, even after being told that you just want to browse or know what you're looking for. In addition, during Covid their staff were really terrible at wearing masks properly and social distancing with customers. I love Dusk, but I'll shop online or drive to the suburbs if I need anything after several experiences at this store.

The overpriced products seem nice but the staff were quite rude, won't be going back

Really nice products but very pushy sales people. Kept telling me to purchase another item even after I said no thankyou. Not just one of them but two of them. Puts me off shopping there.
