I met Dee at my first appointment at APM. She was most helpful in assisted me with understanding what was required of me. Dee has a professional approach coupled with a friendly manner. I would certainly recommend her as a case manager.

Fantastic group of people, cannot thank them enough for everything they do for people with disabilities in the community.

Very unprofessional, no care for the people they are supposedly helping, also very childish behaviour from the local area manager.

I only got a job through connections, from the previous employment of the ex Main Manager of APM. The consultants did not make me feel comfortable in the interviews, they ridiculed my resume instead of giving me constructive criticism on how to change it. They make unprofessional comments about clients to each other after phone appointments. Felicity which has now moved to a different section, is the only person who seemed to care about her clients. I do not reccomend people to use APM services because in the end, they will only push you to do a course you don't want to do and will be late for every appointment they make, whether it be physically or just a 5 minute phone call.
