Dropped in store to purchase goods on my way down to Rye. Great customer service, friendly and approachable. New owner Sunny very helpful. Your one stop shop for everything!!

Staff don't know how to use a Catd scanner. And after trying once they asked me to go in some other store to redeem my 7_eleven card offer.

New management has taken over since the pandemic started. It’s been refreshing to see new, friendly faces amidst the tough times. The new team have made a great addition to the community and I wish them the best under tough circumstances in these times.

I work nearby and now look forward to my almost daily visits to 7-Eleven to say Hi to the amazing staff there. They are so kind and helpful. Definitely in great hands now!

Beautiful customer service. Service from the after hours window, the server brought out four packets of noodles after a simple request for chicken for us to choose from. Above and beyond really. Then a four pack of doughnuts to top off the experience. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. 10/10 would come again.

I’ve given 3 stars and that’s because I have had VERY mixed experiences. The daytime girls are lovely, very helpful and suggested I get the 7/11 app to get some petrol savings - which I’ve now done and I love it. HOWEVER there is a man who works, usually the night shift, and he is beyond unhelpful. I came at 12:10am and had to use the night window. I asked for 2 original glaze donuts. He told there was no food available after 11pm. I told him politely, no I can see you’ve got donuts left. He refused and then pretended not to speak enough English to understand me. The second bad incident I had with this man was at 6:20am on my way to work. I got my stuff walked in and he followed me around the store. I told him “I’m fine” to get him to leave me alone. Once I went to the counter I asked him to scan my 7/11 card and he says “not available now” and I said “I know it’s available, it’s not any harder than scanning my drink, please just scan it” he huffed and stared at me and so I put the phone out and sorta forced his hand. I then went to pay with card and he sighed “you.. with all these cards”He just isn’t suited to a customer service job. My rating would be 5 stars if not for this employee...

Did a quick trip down to the peninsula before lockdown 4.0 and needed to stop by cause everything else was closed for the day and I really needed some food. Honestly, I don't expect much in terms of service if I'm going to a servo to buy food, but this man Sunny was the most personable and friendly man I have ever met at a fuel station. Came for the food, which has been honestly gotten much better over the past few times I've been there and stayed for the chat, something I never thought I'd say for a 7 eleven. The place seems to be under new management so if you're local to the area maybe have a go at this place again, I definitely will be back for sure.

Friendly staff with a smile . They keep the place tidy, and I always find chocolate sprinkle for my cappuccino.

Daylight robbery! The pump started at $7. Would not clear to zero. Should have stoppedright then and driven away.

The Indian guy with a beard and turban was very considerate of older people , managing work and providing exceptional service.Good servoHappy to see good service even on busy times.Keep up the good work.
