The range offered by Koala Living is beautiful and the sales person who helped us (Yoezer) was very professional, patient and knowledgable. One of the furniture pieces we received had some imperfections on it (these things happen and I am not faulting the company for this) and Jane from the Koala Living Online team responded very promptly to our concern and went above and beyond to help us arrive at our desired resolution. I'm really impressed with Jane's professionalism and how helpful she has been.

Today I came to buy some small items. I checked the invoice and found they charge us for delivery. I ask if I don't need a delivery for small items could you please remove it from my invoice and said NO.I cancelled my order and never came back again and also no recommendation to anyone.
