Empowering Motherhood

I started mums and bubs yoga with my second baby when she was 4 weeks old and I really enjoyed the gentle progression into my yoga practice. Tara is very conscious of women's physical condition postpartum and tailors the classes to suit everyone's state of recovery. The morning tea afterwards is a great bonding time for mothers to discuss where they are at with their babies. I also do yin yoga at night and the monthly new moon yoga nidra to vary my practice and Tara has created really great classes for these also. My first child does the kid's yoga classes and he loves them too. There is a lovely community of people with Tara's classes.

Oh my goodness my experience with Tara and other women who have connected with her through Empowering Motherhood has steered me out of possibly the most challenging time of my life, change the narrative on my own story, and be the type of mum I had always hoped to be. I have been able to make changes in ALL AREAS of my life, and sit in my intuition more consistently. What more could I ask for?Tara, thank you for everything you do. I have loved our one-on-one sessions and the Business Incubator Group, and I do not ever want it to end. I am really looking forward to attending the women's leadership symposium later this year.

I have been with Tara through 3 children, with antenatal, mums and bubs and women’s yoga, and cannot recommend her highly enough. She really cares about her clients, and is a fount of knowledge on childbirth, motherhood and womanhood in general. It has also been a great experience connecting with other women in the area. I definitely feel I have become a stronger person, both physically and mentally through her yoga classes and programs.

Tara came highly recommended as a very experienced doula and was exceptional. Tara is calm and caring, and not only guided and supported me during our daughters birth (vbac) but also in the months pre and post birth.

This yoga studio is something else. I started in the prenatal classes, then moved into the mum's and bubs classes, then started going to the women's Moon yoga on my own, now I go twice a week and to the mini retreat every month. This studio has really been huge in my life, for my own health and happiness and in linking in with a tribe of powerful women and families.

I did an online women's business course with Tara this year. I love the way Tara works! The daily sessions in this particular course were short, purposeful & so effective. I got a feeling of complete trust in Tara because it's clear very quickly how much she really understands women at every level. I didn't feel pushed to step outside of myself but to step IN - more & more. Tara's support & knowledge is the perfect combo of practical, emotional,e aware, leading, listening & guidance. Would definitely seek her services again.
