Very good service. I incidentally broke the massage chair at home. I called their service and their customer support Carny is very friendly, informative and service-oriented. They came over to our house, fixed the chair for us and ran a series of function tests to make sure it works after fixing. They also went through all functions of the massage chair. We fell like we did not just buy a world-class chair but also enjoy the best after sale service. Will definitely recommend this to our friends.

3 weeks ago we flew from Adelaide and went to the Melbourne store to try the massage chair and received excellent service from Jeff; with his help we found a product suitable for us (Duet). Since last week we have received it. This chair is very comfortable and completely relieved our neck/shoulder pain. Our family loves it. Thanks to Jeff’s service again. He was very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely love the chair. Goes a long way to replacing a therapist.Be nice if they were cheaper. A variable timer would also be a good evolution.

Terrible company. Do not treat customers with respect, and make fun of customers. The massage chairs are not that great, and they are better elsewhere. Spoke to the manager a number of times, who was very rude and has an ego problem. Avoid this place.

Absolutely fantastic showroom with a great selection of massage chairs. I tried a few of the Japanese models and they perform a strong and enjoyable massage. The staff member was very knowledgable and friendly. I also liked their range of small accessories and the beautiful essential oils that were providing an inviting and relaxing fragrance. Highly recommend a visit and I look forward to my first Inada purchase.

I live in QLD and have owned an Inada Duet since they came on the market. It must be nearly 10 years old. I bought it from a very helpful man when on holiday in Melbourne (no shop in Qld at that time). There is not a week goes by that we are not in the chair and often both daily. It only had a 1 year warranty at the time I purchased (now I believe 3 years), when I had an issues a few years back ie Long out of warranty and phoned Sydney; no problem at all with having it serviced on the Sunshine Coast for a very reasonable fee. If you want a machine that reaches to the top of the neck (as I did) and has levels going all the way up to painfully firm (had to be), then this is the machine. Expensive yes, but I looked everywhere last time (for one that would do the neck) and I found the best and will be soon looking to buy another Inada. I could not put up with a lesser machine.

With such a wide range of chairs to select from it was comforting to have an expert who took the time to understand my particular needs and match them to the right chair in the range. The delivery and installation process was extremely smooth and I now enjoy my chair everyday. I couldn't imagine life without it.

While living in Asia I used a Inada massage chair, Now living in Australia I have another Inada chair and would not use anything else, Australia Inada chairs in Sydney were wonderful their service and knowledge about the chairs were great and delivery to Queensland was quick and easy. We bought our DreamWave chair and it was delivered in April 2017 by two of the wonderful Inada team members (Daniel and Jackson) who set up the chair and ran through all the features and functions to make sure we knew how to use it correctly.From the very first contact with Inada, the service has been exceptional. As we were buying the chair for health reasons (I have multiple sclerosis and am permanently in a wheelchair), we had a lot of questions which Wendy patiently answered and if she didn't know something, she found out and got back to us promptly.The Inada team was genuinely concerned that we were buying the right chair for our needs rather than pressuring us to secure a sale. We use our DreamWave numerous times a day and are very happy with the results. The stretch feature is particularly good for me as it stretches my body in ways that I am no longer able to do myself.Thank you to the entire Inada team!
