I was booked for the 1 hour makeup service and asked the artist for a plain eye-liner and she clearly did not know how to apply a winged liner. One side was completely different from the other side. After trying to correct it 3 times she still could not get it right. I left the place with half my makeup done as she was incompetent with no experience. I had to wash my makeup off at home and do it myself. I love mac products and always get my make-up done with them as they claim their artists are very experienced but it seems they have dropped their standards in hiring- very disappointed
