Relatively new business that is racing ahead with demand for their buildings. Im tipping that bigger and better things will come from this company

After nearly 2yrs of waiting and paying a deposit my son is STILL waiting for his portable home, this is the worst business l have ever come across.No communication after several text's emails and ph calls, my son is in a wheelchair and needed a special unit fitted to his needs, Unfortunately he paid a deposit before signing a contract.We have given John plenty of warnings re engaging a lawyer, but that has MADE NO difference.I would never recommend his business to anyone. Like the 2 ladies above in their review's this should be enough to deter people from using this business.He has used every excuse a person could hear, lie after lie promise after promise to no avail. Now going on 3yrs my son's portable unit has arrived, after 5hrs of trying to get it on the property by an incompetent driver we finally have the portable unit, unfortunately we have had to engage a builder to finish the unit never ever would l recommend John Wilson owner of this business to anyone he's the biggest liar and con artist l have ever come across.

The worst communication, won’t respond to emails or calls from us or legal teams.Takes your money and does what he wants.Doesn’t go through correct procedures involving council.For a 12 week build it took 8months for completion.Two years later still waiting for it to be fixed after being dropped off not finished properly and damaged.Do not use this business unless you want to deal with the legal system!A three year nightmare that has caused marriage issues.

Agree with all the above reviews.John was extremely hard to get a hold of. It was incredibly frustrating. Once he finally completed our build after 2 years, We had to get another builder in to repair cabin due to the it being uneven and had major water leakage.John is unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy.
