Lollipop's Playland & Cafe Preston

Attended a bday party there over the weekend.1:30 till 3:30pm.At 1:45pm, staff brought out the food! The kids were still arriving.Staff tried to bring the cake out at 2pm.The stuff tried to rush us through.They were more concerned with the party coming in after us and the area being cleared! Come on, 30 min into the party and they are trying clear the area we hired!Staff were rude, we had to assert ourselves to assure them that we would clear the area after the duration of the party!Food platters were a total rip off.As we were leaving, another guest was ferious about how he was also treated..Absoultly disgusting rude staff.Save your money and your sanity.

We had a birthday party for our daughter and because this is the first official birthday party, we went for an ultimate course but we were disappointed.It was very disorganised, the lollipop the cat didn't visit us while we were uaing the private room (we chased up and he finally turned up but he stayed only 2 min) no balloons, no gift and certificate for the birthday child.. the staff attended us had a grumpy face all the time.Also we paid for the face paint (extra $8 each child) but the quality was quite poor. The lady who did the face paint was very slow and lazy. One of the kids was forced to change the design to the easy one. Seriously, she needs to learn how to do face paint.We won't use this place for the birthday party again. And strongly suggest don't go for the face paint. It was totally a waste of money.

Great fun for kids and plenty of tables for the adults. The service was poor... staff consisted of teenage girls with a chip on their shoulder. Crack a smile once in a smile - won't hurt I promise. The toilet were feral, stank and floor covered in urine.

The kids absolutely loved it here! Playland was very well maintained and clean, food was amazing and the service was great too.

A very descent play area for kids. The number of actual play things for kids was very less compared to some other play areas we have been. There were lot more tables and chairs for people to sit than for kids to play. The party rooms were small but ok. We went at around 4 so there were less crowd but if we had gone in the morning am sure it would be packed full with lots of kids.

We had a birthday party here and the kids had a ball! There is so much for older and younger kids to do. We found the staff were very helpful with the party organisation from start to finish.

From a parent perspective, organising my daughter’s 7th birthday was so easy and stress free. I was able to relax during the party , chat with other parents and watch the kids have a blast. From the kid’s perspective… it was sooooooo awesome!

What a great venue for a birthday party. Great coffee, great food, attentive staff! Everything is done for you so you can relax, have a coffee and enjoy the celebration with your child. We will be back. Excellent!!

The face painting was a great party option that all the kids loved, as well as a visit from Lollipops the cat! Of course all the kids loved playing at the playcentre. Everything went off without a hitch. Great place for kids birthday party

First time I went here we had a great experience. However the last two times visiting the air play toys like the ball launchers and vaccums were not working and the extra entertainment like air hockey and tiny merry go round were not functioning either. I'd happily rate this place a 5/5 but management needs to spend a few bucks on maintaining these extra items as it's a bit of a let down to see them not working
