Please do not ever shop here. The entire process of getting our couch has been absolutely awful.They initially quoted us a 10 - 12 week wait for our couch and it's still not here after 17 weeks: clearly breaching their contract of sales. They finally gave us a date of delivery but are unwilling to price match for their couch, which is now listed as $400 below what we bought it for. We finally gave in to their meagre compensation of $165 and find out that they tried to cancel and delay our delivery date again. After this was rectified, they still have not updated the outstanding balance post agreeing on compensation. The clincher is that after I paid the balance today to ensure that it has 48 hours to clear before delivery, I get charged a $10 surcharge for using a credit card. It is absolutely ridiculous and I know there's no point complaining to this store anymore.They are slow to reply and inconsistent with their responses. They lack common sense and are infuriating to deal with. If you like their products, please find somewhere else to get similar ones. Don't bother going through the stress and headache of shopping here. The staff are useless and unaccommodating. I will be escalating to the Queensland tribunal and ACCC as businesses need to be held accountable for not conducting fair trade. If you still feel it's wise to shop here after this review, I suggest you rethink your life decisions overall and please do escalate to the government bodies when you inevitably encounter issue after issue with this ridiculous service team.

If I can I will 0 rate to nick scali , The experience dealing with Nick Scali has been unpleasant, stressful and very dissapointing. I would not recommend dealing with them again. So disappointed with my experience with Nick Scali guys at Macgregor. I wish I read their review here, before going to their store.The way that they communicate is far away from human being. Terribly rude staff. Never have been treated by someone in my life like this. Even when I wanted to complain about one of the staff’s behaviours and the way that she communicated to me, the manager was laughing at me and said she (his staff) did not do that" without listening to me!!! Unbelievable… Simply their customer service is awful. So

Contacted customer service on messenger 17/11/2021. Raised a service ticket. Haven’t heard from actual service team for a month. I don’t think it exists. This is the 2nd out of 4 dining chairs that suffered same fate. Looks good but lacks quality.

If my furniture ever arrives I’ll let you know. 4 months in the making in China and 3 cancellation of delivery even though it has arrived in Brisbane.Bad Customer Service, take your money and then you wait and wait and wait!

These guys are terrible. I went to their shop mid September and bought a console and a coffee table, confirmed everything the week after. I was told in the shop that both items will come with protectors as I have a hybrid floor which is easily scratched and both items are in cast iron legs. First of all it took 2 months to get the items, MacGregor is really bad in communicating regarding deliveries etc, they just contact you in regards to payment, that's all. They won't keep you informed about delivery times and won't apologise for mucking up delivery. Second of all, once I got the 2 items, only the console has the protectors, but not the coffee table, while the coffee table coming from the warehouse was damaged as well. After sending NS the pictures and having many, many phone calls with their hotline in Manila, now 3 months later they are saying, they never promised me the protectors. I wonder why I have them on the console? Nor do I have a new replacement neither the protectors which were promised to me by the shop manager Georgia as well as from their hotline (emails I sent to them early on). I rang them now (mid December) and said, I can't have this as this will damage my floor and asked them to reverse my purchase, now they are playing games with me and won't do that. Every time you speak with them, they won't give you a reference number and they won't escalate it either. All that hassle forth and back, all that headache is not worth it. Walk away from these lying untrustworthy guys. I also was told at the beginning the console is the last one available, so I had to take the slightly damaged one, till a lady from NSW rang me and told me I can have a new one till they shut her up. These guys are constantly lying to you. You think you are getting quality, but you are not, right from the start.

My wife and bought a new lounge and where happy to wait months for it because we thought coming from Nick Scali it would be top Quality. In the purchase there was an extended five year warranty. When the lounge started to discolour I contacted the manager Georgia we bought the lounge from. She said if it didn’t get fixed it would be replaced. Now months later still nothing. What’s the point in a warranty when it’s not honoured. Shame on you Nick Scali and shame on you Georgia.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but have been so disappointed with my experience with Nick Scali. Emily who served us in the beginning was so lovely and patient. Showroom is extensive. I ordered approx $15k worth of furniture which was partly delivered today. Leading up to it, I tried calling the store numerous times to confirm the balance payable, delivery dates and other general enquiries to buy additional items. Every time it went to a call centre which was very frustrating because the wait times are horrible. Furniture arrived and was assembled promptly and signed for. When I sat on the armchair, it felt a bit wobbly and upon closer inspection, one of the legs on the armchair was facing the wrong direction. I flipped it over to have a look and not only was one leg assembled facing the wrong way, all the other legs only had 2 out of 3 screws installed. Called the store which goes to the national call centre, after providing details of my order and the problem, they put on hold to contact the service team. Have waited for over 30 mins and have given up. The experience after they took my money has been so frustrating and stressful. Can't say I'd recommend.
