They had a stall at the royal show very lovely people and when it came up that my purchase was made in Busselton and I called them they were so helpful and cleared it up for me I travel south with my wife and kids a lot sure will be stopping in to spend money thanks for the wonderful service

Very happy with the service the ladies were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to do a piercing for my daughter even though it was the lady’s day off. She came in especially for my daughter. The piercing was quick and professional, and my daughter is very happy. Lots of lovely clothes to browse also.

Customer service was very good until the lady forgot to give us the change, and when we went back to receive the change, a lady was watching the store for her. We told her the situation and she said 'oh well' and walked away. I thought this was very rude and she could've handled it in a more polite way!

Some places are a delight to visit because of the people who own & work there. This shop is one of those places! Gorgeous silver jewellery, rings earrings & necklaces. Beautiful clothing with a nice amount of plus size wear. I liked it here so much, i came back again the next day! Was able to enjoy seeing 2 of the locals come in to choose an engagement ring after a unique proposal. Please do not be put off by another review who said they were not happy with their jewellery purchase, as this has not been my own experience which i will update if so. Delightful place.

Fantastic customer service!! Unfortunately overpriced costume jewelry... The stones have fallen out and of every single item I have ever purchased from this shop from body jewellery to a $15 silver anklet that turned green and lost all the charms after wearing it only twice.
