I like Plus Fitness Bass Hill because the staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is large enough to accommodate all your gym needs, but small enough not to be over crowded and waiting to use the machines.

Great gym, excellent staff so helpful and easy to talk to. Never been into going gym till I came to this gym. This gym motivates you to do better and is a great place to be.

Staff is always on their game, checking up on the gym making sure it’s neat and always reassuring that all equipment is up to date. This gym has put me in a great mentality and in good shape too, highly recommend.

If you're looking for a Plus Fitness to call home, look no further.Bass Hill Plus Fitness has a very clean space, a wonderful staff team who couldn't be more helpful and amazing members to match it.The equipment is regularly maintained and looked after, not to mention updated constantly to fit your needs no matter what field of training you strive for.It's quite chill in the mornings and through the late night which is perfect for people like myself who enjoy taking their time on sets and having heaps of breathing room.They've got a supplements store with reasonable pricing, a massive variety of equipment even for the gym's size and very clean bathrooms with dedicated spots to dispose of female hygeine products.Oh and did I mention? You also get a free training session with a top of the line personal trainer just for joining, which really helped me when I first joined as I had no idea what I was walking into when I first started.I've been going here for 8 months now and I've never looked back even once.

The gym has a great atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and great to have a chat to before getting into your workout. They have recently added a second bench press which is great because I don’t have to wait for a bench on chest days.
