As you know we only produce a Natural slice potato cake from our locally grown potatoes and in the off season it is very difficult to maintain the size which is when we cease selling by the piece and start selling by weight to ensure our customers continue to get good value for money. I have been to see you on a couple of occasions and have always replaced through your distributor any losses we feel you may have had. I don't believe I have ever lied to you and always have been honest about the challenges we face and happy to discuss with you any time. Worst potato cakes, used to be good though, now they are small in size and moulded, reported to them, and they just lie, careless and dodgy.

At first I thought it’s 100% Australian made foods, until I visited their farm and factory!! As frequent customer I went there to fully explore their SOPs and astounded with plenty of illegal workers down there and bad hygiene and quality of processing. With illegal workers the place and food are exposed to COVID and immediately I’m telling my friends and distributors that I have given their food to suspend and cancel straight away! This place is horrendous!
