Ordered X2 combos, delivery.One of the combos were missing chips. Called the store just to be told to go pick the chips up. Had I wanted to pick up I wouldn’t have ordered via delivery. Her excuse “the chips are usually in the box with the chicken” pathetic.

Red rooster use to be really good now they’re just ripping people off. Bought Tropicana because I always buy one and the box is much smaller and the chips are barely there. I remember when the box was bigger, chips was decent amount. They lost a customer, I’m definitely making it myself for now on. Also please include drink with Tropicana, kfc and McDonald’s is at least providing a free drink with their meal.

Haven't been to red rooster in years and was pleasantly surprised, food was fresh and not oily and actually had flavour unlike so much fast food. Good meal! Forgot to take a picture of the rest but the cheesy nugget special was delish, chilli garlic aioli was treat too ☺

Their fried chicken is not cooked consistently.The staffs are not very attentive to its customers.Filthy store. Very dirty. Used to work in a video rental company and we made sure the store is clean before people get in.

Was really disappointed tonight 21/12/22 there was a woman around 6.25pm serving at the front counter and also taking orders through the mic.As much as I admired her multitasking skills, I couldn't stand the way she talked to her team members. Barking orders and instructions at them left, right and centre. She needs training in leadership and how to treat other employees. I can only assume but I would guess, red rooster dosent pay that well to be spoken to or treated in such a disgusting manner, no workplace does.

Do the staff working till 10:00pm still get paid in full if they close the shop 30 minutes early? Because, whoever was running the armadale store tonight kinda seemed like he closed 30 minutes early.On an urelated note, the foods pretty good alot of the time.

Went there tonight and place order via drive thru after having an online order cancelled on us. Couldn't check order before leaving, when I got home I found 2 pineapple fritters, regular popcorn chicken and a regular chips where all missing. So one person had to go without dinner. So will have to go in to get refund as I wasn't going back to get missing items. Also had to repeat first item twice and that item was one of the missing items. Don't know if I would go back and being under staff shouldn't be an excuse for missing items if people are happy to wait for them.
