Bought 2 mattresses from this store, very friendly and professional service, wide range of mattresses to choose from very spread price range as well. We bought a king sized mattress for us and a single mattress for our daughter, we are very happy with both, will return to purchase additional in the future if the opportunity arises.

a mattress manufacturer myself ,every now and then , i check out mattress stores . A mattress is a mystery box. You don’t know what’s inside, Or what you get. I did not talk to anybody ,but had a good look around. Unlike most stores, this one offers good value for what a consumer pays.- I guess because it’s genuinely manufacturers owned .John ,fine home mattress factory( no , I don’t have any stores )

I went to Chiropedic store in Nunawading to try and find a comfortable single mattress as the previous one gave me some back problems. Thankfully, Benjamin was there to assist me and he was professional, patient and kind. Also, the mattress is perfect fit.

Bought a mattress from here and unfortunately after trying for a few weeks it was not suitable for us. We were able to return the mattress for a full refund and was a very easy process. Customer service was excellent.

The Customer Service from Vithri was amazing. She was professional and really listened to my needs for what I wanted in a mattress for my growing son. He loves the mattress and I loved the price. This was the second mattress I had bought from this store, even after looking at the bigger more well known stores. I’ll be back! Thank you

Excellent advice and customer service by Karim at Nunawading store.We can’t tell how amazing SLEEP FIRM mattress is. It is great, both in terms quality and reasonable price. I wish we came across Chiropedic Stores earlier.
