Capital Radiology Sydenham

Very disappointed.Once upon a time, capital radiology we're fantastic, now, on several occasions they haven't been able to accommodate. You ring to make an appointment and you're on hold for 20 mins or more, only to be told they cannot make an appointment for a week in advance, not acceptable at all.The message on hold still mentions they are busy because of the pandemic, this is going to be the story of our lives, always using covid as an excuse.Capital radiology get your act together.

My mother and I were made to wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes once checking in for a scheduled appointment. While I understand appointment wait times can be expected at any medical centre, it was unusual when around 10 patients who came in AFTER us were seen BEFORE us. Confused, I asked reception to double check my appointment; it was only then when I approached reception staff, that my mother was seen for her appointment. Feeling frustrated, I asked reception why this was the case—staff could not properly explain why my mother was made to wait so much longer than many other patients. It appears her appointment was forgotten about or miscommunicated to radiologists. Either way, no apology was given, only a nonsensical explanation.

Had to book an urgent scan & X-ray yesterday for today. Got to Sydenham early for my appointment. The receptionist were great and helpful before I knew it I was in and out. Great service. The people doing the X-ray and scans were efficient and super polite. Well done

Absolutely disappointing and disgraceful communication from sonographer. No empathy at all and lack of communication intra and post scan. Won't be returning.

I would like to express my distress at this appalling service. I phoned numerous times to no avail and lodged an appointment request for an Ultrasound last Monday 14 November and received no response. What's the point of this business if they are not capable of responding to customers requiring Ultrasounds etc? I have phoned other Capital Radiology and the same applies. What the hell is staff doing. ?????Very disgusting service .

I have called several times over the last week (at various times of the day) and I can't get through to speak to someone. Very frustrating that there are not enough people at reception available to pick up the phone to answer simple questions or take bookings.

Reception staff are a disgrace!! Called up to make an appointment and they kept me on hold for 30minutes. Excuse was where not answering the phone cause where too busy and under staff, didn't care whatever!!

I needed an urgent ultrasound and was put in straight away.Thank you to the girls on the front desk and the technician who did it.They were very approachable.

Can anyone get through on the phone...? I certainly can't been trying for 2 days now. No reply on line either. What am I getting myself into here.
