Worst service ever. I wish I could give them0 Star. I am a regular customer to this place, but not anymore. I need my coffee fix in the morning and I tried to knock on the door but staff didn't pay any attention. There were other people waiting too, to fill their cars. When I confronted the staff, he was so rude and didn't serve me. Worst customer service.

Go here occasionally as I love their hot chocolate! Is next door to other food businesses that I like too so that's another good reason for going there.

Was the best 7/11 Peteol station in Melbourne south east, but since it has been franchised, became a filthy place to go, coffee machines not working most of the time, floor is dirty and Judy, most of the times only one person working there and long queues because of his, I won’t recommend it.

Poor service by a tattoo guy serving on console. He really doesn't know how to talk with customer. He should be kicked out from this job otherwise this petrol station will loose the most regular customer's.Looks like he doesn't care about his job on other hand the girl was nice and even she greet well.

We stopped for a toilet break and thought we’d fuel up, only to find after we had fueled up that they have no public toilets. The only reason we fueled up was because we were taking a toilet break so it was frustrating to have to make an additional stop for toilets. It is poor form for a Petro station to not have facilities so we will not be stopping there in the future.

Buy fuel move on. One of the most consistently cheaper fuel stops. Check on fuel watch type sites to get the best deals on fuel
