Such a beautiful studio to stay in with stunning views. Robyn was super helpful and friendly from the moment we booked, giving us many local recommendations for activities and restaurants. She was there to greet us on arrival and gave us a fantastic tour of the property. Robyn went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was a great experience, providing many local and home-made foods for breakfast, and catering to dietary needs as well. Would definitely recommend staying at this lovely accommodation for a weekend away :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seven2Five. The room is great with nice decor. We loved seeing all the animals and the hosts were very friendly and knowledgable about local attractions.

If there was a level above super host, then Robyn and Cam would surely earn it in our book. The farm surrounds, the delicious daily hamper of local food and drinks along with a genuine warmth and attention to detail with every step. Nothing is out of their way in terms of the little extras. A simply delightful stay from planning to departure. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time! We were treated to a lovely breakfast each morning with different homemade goodies and fresh eggs from the farm's chickens. The unit itself was so clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds - perfect size for 4 people.The location was great too - close to Bells Beach and Point Addis (best sunset view!) - not that we even needed a beach given the gorgeous infinity pool on the property! The farm is only 10 mins drive to both Torquay and Anglesea for supermarkets and great cafes.I can thoroughly recommend and look forward to going back again to experience Robyn and Cameron's warm hospitality!

We Had the most amazing holiday at seven2five. Robyn and Cam were very gracious and thoughtful hosts. The place was in a beautiful location and the rooms were so clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast items were all locally sourced and everything was so delicious. We looked forward to getting our breakfast basket which always included a lovely note from them. The infinity pool was magnificent and we spent most of the day in there. My daughter loved playing with kevin and Gracie ( their resident dogs)they kept her occupied our entire stay. The beaches were 5 mins and the local restaurants were 15 mins. It is a beautiful place to rest and relax. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful cottage located in a relaxed bushland property setting. We loved the on-site animals and the lovely touches of local produce to try as well as the friendly, helpful hosts.

This B&B is stunning, with a gorgeous location, beautiful accomodation and amazing hosts. It’s only a few minutes from Bells Beach and Torquay, and is a great place to base yourself for your Great Ocean Road holiday. The renovated Bells Beach cottage was perfect for our family, including our dog. We will definitely be back. It’s our new favourite place to stay on the Great Ocean Road.

Just had four fab days near Bells Beach, staying at the Birdrock Studio of Seven2Five B&B. Nice big room, comfy bed, great breakfast. Hosts Robyn & Cam super friendly and helpful. Dugald and Fergus (highland cattle) also friendly. Did sightseeing, dining and wine tasting in the area (great wines around Bannochburn). We'll be back for sure.
