Very Disappointing since the sevice at Darra is usually quite helpful,However on Saturday 3 June, the female staff member at the counter, (with a bad attitude), told me Tradelink could not supply a mixer tap cartridge for my in-wall shower tap unless I could tell her the brand of the tap.She recommended I buy a complete new shower tap - which would require re-tiling the shower wall.All I needed was a standard flat 35mm mixer cartridge.Her arrogance only exceeded by her lack of knowledge of plumbing hardware.

Good Morning this is a little late, however the staff at Tradelink Darra were very helpful in assisting us with meeting our needs with our Bathroom Renovation. Meredith in the showroom was lovely and helped no end with all our questions & Will in Pick was very helpful when assistance was needed with lifting items onto the car. All round a wonderful experience and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Tradlink at Darra have been very helpful to me in the past but I am disillusioned that Tradelink is in a relationship with Adani. This relationship will have a direct impact upon any future dealings that I may have had with Trade-in.

As a non-account but trade customer I was charged more than 30% higher price than buying the same part (length of pvc pipe) at Bunnings, which is usually very expensive. Maybe my fault for not asking first, but given I am a regular customer at several Tradelink Gold Coast stores I have never needed to.Next time I will purchased from one of the alternate suppliers in the area and will not return to this store.
