Pharmacy + Co Fulham Gardens

I needed a sick certificate this morning - I have a cold (sore throat & runny nose). The staff at Better Health Pharmacy in Fulham Gardens were very helpful and efficient. They provided what I needed quickly and pleasantly. I'm very grateful to have received such good service at my local pharmacy.

I ran out of important medication the day I was told to quarantine. I have nobody who can drive to get it for me. The staff were able to really help me out over the phone and solve my problem. Really appreciate the extra effort you guys went to for me today.

Who do I speak to who is higher up I would like a head office number. The staff here are rude especially the pharmacist on sundays absolutely disgusted with the pharmacist and have spoken to a few customers who have been in there and they have had the same problems there. Now have been denied a script from your pharmacist that I am allowed to get.. I would like to speak to someone higher in this matter or I will be taking this further I am furious

After 1 month of seeing doctors for a foot infection and with all the medication and cream i was prescribed, nothing helped. I then came into the Pharmacy and spoke to Carmel who was very helpful and suggested i speak to Pharmacists Anastasia and Ross who might be able to help me. Anastasia suggested i try a protect and soothe cream and a healing ointment which were made up for me in your lab. After 2 weeks of using both creams my foot has improved amazingly and is back to normal. I can't thank Anastasia and Ross enough for all they did and highly recommend their Al Chemist Lab Products.

About a month ago. Reached the safety net at this chemist, had appropriate paperwork ie sticker form because this is not my regular chemist. Made them aware the safety net will be reached before handing over the prescriptionsThey went on and charged for all scripts and pharmacist, a young guy with brown hair. When we made him aware of safety net which we gave them the paperwork acted like it was too hard.Which he said he couldn't do, because he couldn't ring our other chemists but i had the sticker sheet, with numbers of previous prescriptions from other chemists. All he had to do was add up the total price paid by adding up each total from the stickers, and he would've found out safety net reached.He went on and promised I could come back and be refunded the $60 that they charged for scripts even though safety net was reached at their store that day with the appropriate paperwork. I don't see why they can still charge? Also pharmacist whinged was too hard to return scripts and remove stickers from boxes.Will I be refunded for the day in question?Also stage supply prescriptions have gone missing on ocassions at this store too. When come to pick up second lot. Not there. So have payed for full lot and only half supplied other half goes missing.Given their lack of basic knowledge by adding up the total price from each sticker and giving me roundabout answers, I won't be going back. Went to a different chemist and got safety net card no problem.

The worst customer service.First 2 times i put it down to them having a bad day but after the 3rd time I'll never return.

Was waiting in line to be served at the lotteries section this morning. A disabled person was making a purchase at the counter, but wasn't cluey to how things worked. The girl behind the counter was very patient and explained how to pick numbers whilst being very respectful and providing great customer service.The customer was treated with dignity and was so happy after the purchase. Well done!

If I could give zero stars I would! Will never go to this chemist again, as was supplied out of date insulin, by two months! I had already taken insulin before, I realised. Almost ended up in hospital, with ketones due to this, unacceptable mistake by pharmacist! I live around the corner from this chemist, and it is handy for me to go past drop in my script and get my medication. I will now make sure I drive out of my way, to go to a more professional chemist! This isn't a simple mistake, its life dependent medication. I am beyond furious! This careless mistake could have serious medical complications for me. I will never set foot in this chemist again!

Very poor and rude customer service.At the weekend I went to put in a script and they told me they had to make it. I thought it would be the same medicine I had before.When I came to pick it up to pay. It costed $60! When I asked the lady at the counter why they couldn’t have told me the amount before making it up, she said they had to make it up before they could tell me. I replied, that I was sure they could have told me before hand by calculating the amount from the script. She responded in a very rude and immature voice saying “whatever”.Well, after this extremely immature, disrespectful and completely unprofessional display, I walked out without my medicine.Went to see another pharmacy who explained they would be happy to calculate the price for me. At the end of the day, my complaint isn’t the cost, it is the lack of transparency and it is immoral to take advantage of a customers/patients in this manner.I really feel for the elderly whom might have felt compelled to pay in this instance.I won’t be going here again, and I would not recommend them.Do not let yourself be taken advantage of.

Have lived in the area for 10 years supporting our local pharmacy normally great service however just went to get medication was told had to see a doctor which I totally understand but can't get to doctor before the weekend in so much pain can hardly walk they didn't even offer me an alternative had to go down the road at another pharmacy who quickly solved my problem being upset I decided to take a look at your reviews and to my amazement I see that people aren't happy with your service as in customer service you have stated that you would address this issue obviously not as there are complaints dating back 2 years doesn't look like you have addressed any issues does it
