Oh my gosh, where do I start - talk about a debacle. My usual home care worker is brilliant, but otherwise really not happy with this organisation. At the start, the admin worker who without notice contacted me and demanded I sign papers within the hour. Then, was less than happy when I was unwilling to sign one without clarification. Yesterday was a whole other level and was accused of not telling the truth with what transpired. And also didn't receive a service which I needed for shopping.
