Do not use this service, my wife was crying after our poor dog was hacked at by this service. I will be reporting this to RSPCA and doing all im my power to ensure no other dog has to be treated like this . I wish I could add photos of our dog before and after.

I have never written a negative google review before but I have struggled with our experience with this groomer since attending a couple of years ago. Our cocker spaniel has always been anxious when groomed but this woman has caused our dog to now need sedation when getting clipped. She tied his snout shut aggressively with a rope and yelled at him during the groom. She repeatedly tightened and yanked the rope to try to reprimand him when he cried. I can’t believe I didn’t free him sooner and my biggest regret is not reporting her at the time. She should not be in business.
