Eden Oak Geelong

We had a wonderful time. Rooms were very clean as was the bathroom (a pet peeve of mine). The breakfast was fabulous, not what I expected for a continental, we were spoilt for choice with so many options. The location is beautiful. Two minor gripes. The toilet roll holder is in an awkward spot, hard to reach. A couple of larger cushions on the bed to watch the TV would have made it more comfortable. We spent two nights and thoroughly enjoyed this unusual accommodation. Lovely artwork and interesting architecture. Loved it. Thank you.

We really loved the location and contemporary vibe this hotel has created throughout the facilities and the rooms. The continental breakfast was great with loads of options.Some points for improvement include better signage and instructions on how to get to rooms. It is very confusing and unfortunately not very clear.Staff also were not accessible or on the floor during breakfast time and I noticed many customers getting frustrated by this. When problems occurred and when items needed refilling we had to enter the kitchen multiple times to access help which wasn’t very professional.

We stayed for our birthdays and found all staff to be friendly. Our suite was clean and comfortable and the complimentary snacks awaiting our arrival were a real plus. The continental breakfast daily had so many options we were lucky to have a couple of days to try them all. When breakfast was finished you could visit the pool and spa or have a game of pool and at the end of the day head over to the bar for a drink and dinner. Lots to do and see and we would highly recommend Eden Oaks to anyone.

I love the room— clean and well-scented. The pool is pretty descent.Breakfast is okay, though I wasn’t able to make hot chocolate since there were no chocolates available.Friendly staff, especially Courtney ❤️We did enjoy our stay.

I Just stayed here with my family for 1 night and it was wonderful. Super friendly and helpful staff with very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. It had a Lovely lagoon pool area with free mini bar food and drink items for guests in room. We had a nice complimentary buffet breakfast as well. Definitely coming back…5 stars

I booked this place because it felt like you're living in a really remote jungle but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from Geelong CBD. Staff were extremely helpful - special shoutout to Elisa (sorry if I spelt it incorrectly!) who called me a few days prior to get an ETA and also on the day itself when I was running late as the front desk closes at 8 and I was cutting it close arriving at 7.45pm after a long drive from Adelaide.The place can be a little disorienting at first to walk or drive around but rest assured that you'll be given the best directions to follow. The staff knows the place like the back of their hand! Breakfast was included in my booking and was absolutely tasty.

There is one person rostered in reception to look after the front office and also bar and restaurant. Not ideal when guests are told to wait 10 mins to order a drink so she can close reception.Rooms are nice but they need to get more staff.

A truly beautiful place to stay in Geelong with a tranquil outlook and beauty surrounding. The accessible room was great, with modern bathroom and access. Loved the complimentary snacks, drinks and continental breakfast. Definitely on our list to visit again!!

My family and I have stayed here countless times, absolutely adore this place. We are actually heading down this week for Mother's Day, So excited! Leaving a review to get the rating higher, they deserve it ;).
