Excellent service, very profesonal and proficient in accounting. i started to use KP accountant services more than 10 years ago when I worked as an BA in Vodafone. Thanks to all the professional staffs there giving me finanancial advises when I started a small business. Till now, I have not had any problems with my accounting issues. I do apologise to the accountant JENNY and Kristy that I often handed in my figiurs at the last minitues, and every time you lodged my tax before the deadline. Thank you very much.

Very bad accountant, rang Kristy to see if she can help to do my tax 4 days before due date. Asked me to email her the information and she will have a look. The respond I got from Kristy was very cold like she didnt bother to give me an answer. So rang again 2 days later, her assistant told me Kristy is busy and assured they will get my tax done by last day. Then again no response and not hear back from them. I rang again on the last day. Kristy answered Sorry I'm too busy I don't have time to do your tax." I was like what??? why can't u tell me I could have looked for someone else to do my tax." She said you go find someone else then she hung up. The worst experience I had and I got rescued from a customer of mine who is an accountant and explained my situation to him it was last day as I panicked
