Northam Dental Surgery albeit a Dentist has a friendly warm inviting presence and the staff are always sensitive to patient needs.It is a modern open facility with reading materials and a TV in the waiting area andIs usually on time without disruption.All the dentists are caring and professionaland billing is usually in line with Medicare or Medibank Private. My family and I have been attending the Northam Dental Surgery since we moved to the area 5 years ago. There service has always been exceptional however, it is their compassion to their clients needs that blows me away. Not only have I experienced their care, I have seen it evident on every visit to all clients. Every person that works in this Surgery are professional, kind and the absolute best at their respective positions. Oh and thank you for looking after my smile and going the extra mile.

Called for an appointment today and spoke to a very rude unprofessional receptionist/manager. She was absolutely disgusting in the way she spoke no professionalism, no empathy, just a very rude arrogant nature about her. You are there to take the calls and book appointments with a smile on your face so do your job in a professional manner.

I needed an emergency appointment which they were able to accommodate for 3 wisdom teeth extractions and it was quick and painless. The after pain I only had for a few hours and I didn’t break the bank, not even close! Super happy with my experience here and definitely worth the 90minute drive aha

Last minute booking to get a wisdom tooth pulled, all done within 15 minutes and felt nothing great dentist. Done on Wednesday the 6th April

Fantastic service all round. Starts with the amazing ladies on the front desk, Juliette and Esther who always go out of their way to ensure an appointment is available as quickly as possible. The best Dentist ever Dr. Sally Law.. I have been going to see her for about 3 years now and she is amazing! Really easy going and loves to have a laugh! The dental nurses/assistants are also amazing! So, as a whole package, you cant go past these guys.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this Dental Surgery, I had a large scale dental procedure to remove an infection a wisdom tooth and a back molar, the infection was very deep and so it was a relatively serious procedure, I asked for antibiotics in the aftermath of the surgery but I was told it was unnecessary and that the infection had been eradicated, by the next day I had came down with full blown fever and infection complications, however I did receive the antibiotics I needed promptly when the symptoms were explained to the dentist,In an any case the main problem I had with this establishment began with the receptionist Juliette, when I explained that I felt I should have received antibiotics before the onset of the infection complications she replied rudely with the phrase whatever" I was flabbergasted by the response but I didn't make an official complaint as I was still in discomfort and needed to attend the dentist again

An all round great experience. Painless, good simple advice and a finished product that actually amazed me. I chipped my front teeth and they were repaired quickly and seamlessly. Highly recommended dentist from someone who genuinely doesn’t like going to the dentist.
