Weird staff on phone. This lady Kate cut my phone abruptly without helping me.

Good but not 5 star good. Generally all stores like this charge eye watering prices for their specialised products,which disappoints as the product quality never comes close to the price, but special needs ppl nonetheless need them

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY. OUR DAUGHTER GOT A BED THROUGH THEM, VIA NDIS!. IT IS NOT A LEMON, IT IS SO UNUSABLE THAT IT IS SQUEEZED JUICE. THEY HAVE NOT FIXED OR REPLACED, & HAVE RENEGED ON A REFUND, AFTER OUR DAUGHTER CONTACTED CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

Terrible service from Leef Caulfield - they run the online store. I ordered two shower mats -no communication after I had paid, but eventually half the order turned up. Trying to get to speak to someone about it was a nightmare, took 4 phone calls, but eventually someone phoned me back. He said that the second mat was due to be shipped at the beginning of April - no communication to that effect when I ordered it though. He said they might have one at the Mornington Store and he would see whether it could be sent to me, and would get back to me - that was a week ago. This morning I phoned again, left a message and then phoned again, and the receptionist said she would direct message him - absolutely nothing!Leef in Ballarat is fabulous, I will never order online from Leef again though.

I have ordered products for a really sick friend. Products were a little overpriced, but in the case of emergency, I ordered and paid for express shipping. The order was not processed nor shipped until 3 days later. Rang them up 3 times and got hung up on 3 times. Finally got a confirmation email informing me that the order was shipped and was able to track my package, however, no tracking number was provided and no replies after sending emails.

Why are the staff called Customer Service Specialist?. My understanding of a specialist is a Doctor who has specialised. An Endocrinologist, Cardiologist, Neuro Surgeon etc. How can a retail assistant be a specialist?. I guess it sounds fancy!.

Excellent service in every way. The comfortable recliner chair was delivered the day after selecting it. The staff were most helpful in personally showing us what was available. Thank you LEEF.
