clemandtines | A hidden gem! Clem & Tines is boutique beachside accommodation property located just 1.5 hours from Perth at the start of the South West wine region of Western Australia. Comprising of a gorgeous two storey home, a separate cottage and a romantic studio all nestled on 1600sqm of landscaped lawns and gardens and even our own miniature vineyard. Perfect for week ends away, family holidays, bridal or wedding guest accommodation or any special occasion.

Clem & Tines Vintage Beach House
FANTASTIC accomodation. Clean and modern, with great sleeping and living areas. Of note there were 2 people with physical disabilities and 2 separate areas on ground floor (with bathroom/living area) and able to be accessed with walking aids, though not wheelchair access. Fabulous laundry facilities. Large lawn area for kids cricket and ball games.Most time was spent on very large patio with fridge/BBQ area overlooking gardens.3 generations of family had a great Christmas stay.Thank you.
