Absolutely first class service in all regards. Kim the Funeral Director was highly efficient, very warm & caring. He went over & beyond to ensure our needs were met. The lighting is very bad. They have a very small screen for photos and you can see more of the name of the business over the road reflected in the screen that you can of the photos. Also could not co-ordinate the audio/photos as their person really didn't know how to run their computer system properly. On the other hand the celebrant they organised for us was fantastic just a shame she was a contractor and not in charge.

Simplicity Mandurah did my dads funeral and I was very happy. We wanted a small intimate service which they gave us. It was dignified and respectful. They were very helpful and made a difficult time a little easier. Kim was great to deal with. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could
