I’ve had an old guitar that has needed repairs and some polishing up for a while. I took it to Greg, he changed the pickups, levelled the frets, cleaned the wiring and did a full detail and set it up for the best results based on my preference. Greg did an awesome job on two guitars. I'll definitely be bringing some more gear his way in future.I bought a brand new Epiphone SG that had real intonation issues. I asked for a full setup, and he nailed it. Sounds great, plays brilliant and stays in tune - it's now my main guitar.He also did a setup for a Yamaha Revstar and went above & beyond on sorting out buzzing issues and fret levelling. I put my guitar in to get the pick ups fixed and he told me he’d call me in a week with some answers and didn’t, so I called him a week and a half later and he hadn’t even looked at my guitar. I asked if he could tell when he would look at it and he wouldn’t answer my question, so I asked if I could pick it up. He said yes, I went to pick it up and he started sending me messages saying I was ruining his night and other very unprofessional things. I arrived and he told me he was glad to not have had to dealt with me because I was one of those crazy customers who are impossible to please.I went somewhere else and they fixed it in within two days and for less than half of what the Pit Stop quoted.
