Disappointed with the luxury caramel drip cake we purchased it was very dry and tasteless and looked v average.Unfortunately realising that at the birthday party makes it too late for me to do anything about it. As a result I would never purchase a birthday cake from here again

I got there early one day thinking they opened at 7am, and although they were still preparing the cakes for display, the owner noticed me outside as she was leaving, and asked her employee to serve me first so I could be on my way. I was in a rush and needed to buy a cake for work so it all worked out well! She was so nice! The cake was fresh and everyone at work complimented me on my choice of cake haha Thank you guys!

Love this establishment! The food is unequivocally exceptional and there is such a stupendous range of quality, delectable and aesthetically pleasing products. The customer service is just as marvellous as the food, with such friendly, engaging and compassionate staff members. Picked up deluxe mud cake on Sunday 23/04 that was ordered. Absolutely terrible cake tasted dry and outside was burnt. Terrible value for money considering we paid a lot of $$$. You know it’s a bad cake when the kids don’t even eat it.

Popped in to grab a cake for a last minute family party last Saturday afternoon and could not have been happier with the quality of the service and the cake! The young man serving us was kind and patient with us while we took forever with our deliberations. Fabulous staff!! Deserves employee of the month for dealing with us being so confusing. Keep up the great service, it is appreciated by all.

Great young staff who make a real effort to ensure our order was correct and we were happy. The young lady, Ella was courteous, had a great knowledge of products and very helpful. Oh and everything tasted delicious. We will certainly be back again!!

Absolutely amazing! The guests at my party were raving about how yummy my cake was. All the cake was gone by the end of the night. My husband and I didn’t even get to take home our cake because everyone ate it! The cake tasting process was also an enjoyable experience. My husband and I tasted some yummy samples which made it so hard to come to a decision. Ultimately, I would recommend The Cheesecake Shop to anyone who wants a cake that actually tastes delicious!

Service extremely slow and not great at all. Especially over the festive season. We were standing waiting for ages. There were only 3 customers in the store and it took almost 20-30minutes for a few single purchases. Presentation is extremely dirty on the boxes that the cakes are given in. Shop not cleanly. Staff also have sauce all over them. Cheesecake is great, but service is everything. Taste is not worth the service sadly.
