Best chemist warehouse I have ever been to. They actually had full shelves.. immaculate presentation. Would definitely go here again.

Extremely poor customer service. A simple task is taking unnecessarily long.

If you’re gonna make people wait 20 minutes for a simple script, then the bloody annoying 20 second ads off.Security guard was a good bloke though. The only reason you get 2 stars.

Currently at this store the lady working behind the counter with the pharmacist said “would you like generic or normal brand” to which I replied normal. She rolled her eyes and said “we don’t have normal” Why was I given the option? The worst customer service and displayed complete disrespect and such a lack of concern. The manager should be watching these posts because we will all be going elsewhere, like Footscray and Highpoint where you are spoken to like a human being.

The person behind the counter was impatient and rude when I asked her to try some fragrances on.I will not go there again.Noone can buy fragrances without trying them they are not free are they?

Just had the worst interaction with the cashier at chemist warehouse over a dropped soap. The cashier clerk was so rude, repeated herself many times on how will she sell the product to others if I didn't want to buy it. I told her, okay I will take it then. To which she responded, No I don't want to sell it to you, I don't want to force you to buy it.I said, please can I get it? She said No and proceeded to throw the product in the bin.Another 2 staff members I approached earlier to find products in the store, were very unfriendly and super bad don't bother me vibe oozing out of them.The only saving grace were the lovely security guard who greeted us and listened to our horrid experience at the store, and even apologized for the behaviour of the staffs.And the pharmacist who was informative and helpful.Gosh, never ever coming back to this branch.

That Asian chick who is the Manager should go back to school and learn manners . Mannerless lady with no customer service skills. Shame on whoever hired her .

As I was looking around at the chemist warehouse the manager walked up to the security guard and swore at him using the f word several times for no big reason. I immediately walked out of the store. So rude and disrespectful woman which in my opinion shouldn’t be a manager.Never going back to the same chemist warehouse ever again.

The cashier named Muskan is so Rude and Unprofessional.I've never met anyone like this before. No signaling me to come to the check out. No greetings. No taking the shopping basket. I had to put everything on the counter myself. No package the shopping for me when I provided my own bag. Even asked me Are you gonna start packing your stuff now?" after i had to go drop off the bloody basket she refused to take in in the first place.What is this kind of service? Was there even training in the first place? Tired and understaffed are understandable but there was only me at the check out at 7:30pm.The security guy is amazing on the other hand. Super helpful and friendly. Even tried to help me find the product. He deserves a raise because he was practically carrying the whole place himself.I hope the management reviews the cashier training to ensure it's up to standard."
