I was made to feel very welcome at the Canningvale branch. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly and I was very impressed with the speed and professional service I received.I can definitely recommend them.

Super disappointed with the reception staff here. Stopped in to get an X-ray done. Sign on the door said parent/caregiver and client only in the waiting room. My mum came in with me and sat with me while I filled in the forms. As I gave the form back the receptionist said rudely and I quote “she needs to leave” pointing to my mum. Not even an “excuse me” or common decency or manners. I was shocked but asked mum to wait in the car regardless.When I got my X-ray done the clinical staff were lovely. The machine broke down but they could not have been more apologetic. As I left a lovely lady arrived with 2 children. Her greeting from the reception staff was I quote again”you were told not to bring them” pointing to the children. I was appalled and realised that my experience was not a once off. In hindsight I should have stuck up for myself but I actually have manners and would never speak to anyone that way, let alone a customer. Front office staff clearly need extra training in customer service. They are the first contact between your client and your business and it was not a good experience.10/10 would not recommend.

Had a pleasant Ultrasound experience from booking, and arrival at reception to scanning. Booking was friendly and easy over the phone, the reception staff was prompt and efficient, and the Sonographer Jessi was pleasant and gentle. The place is spotless clean with a modern interior that makes waiting all the more pleasant.

Patient and Caring.Those 2 words come to mind when I describe the level of care at this centre.One quality about this centre is how flexible they are in their scheduling.Approximately 3 months ago, I was given my first appointment when my GP gave me a referral chit. Not one to waste any time, I drove straight to this centre and imagine my surprise when I was served immediately!My next 2 sessions were by appointment and they too went smoothly. The team members very friendly from the start.They give clear and simple instructions. For example, when I was about to go for the MRI, they explained the locker, and even the correct way to put on the gown, all the way up to the Do's and Dont's when in the MRI machine.I did not get the names of those who served me during this session but I believe they were Chinese and possibly from Malaysia.Today was my 4th visit and I was very touched with the level of friendliness and professionalism shown by their teamI was impressed by the team at the reception as well as the Medical Imaging Technicians such as Melissa V, Carmen S, and the helpful Curtin student Unora during my visit this morning.They injected a dye in my lumbar region before giving me a spinal injection. The injection was administered by Dr. Priyanka Singh and it has worked a treat.The pain level is much reduced and I am very grateful.Please keep up your great work, as your care goes a long way.

Absolutely shocking service!! Came in for an ultrasound, and arrived 5 minutes before being told to. After filling in some forms I was asked to go to another waiting area where they would call out my name and take me in. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching all the other patients that arrived after me being called in before me, I decided to ask the staff what was going on, only to find out that my appointment wasn't even on the system (all this time holding in water as required for the ultrasound). Apparently they deleted my appointment because they assumed I was late (although I was early and was just filling in the appointment forms they gave me during that time). The secretary mentioned that if you're a couple of minutes late, your appointment gets cancelled. They then advised me to go back and wait as they had discussed the incident with the sonographer, and said she would call me right in. After going back to the waiting area, instead of the sonographer taking me right in to make up for the mistake on their end, I see her in her room chatting away with a colleague. This was so disrespectful, as she was well aware of the incident and knew that we were waiting. Ended up leaving with my referral, without having a scan done. Will definitely not be wasting my time in this unprofessional healthcare setting again.

this place call us up early in the morning at 8.10 but missed it and send an sms to asked to move appointment and but when call them left with no option to call due to their automation system not lift up before opening time. if there is an option to place negative stars i will select it!

My first appointment on 21st March was excellent however,my appointmenton24th march i felt was rushed and the Doctor was injecting before the ultrasound probe was on my shoulder.i feel it was too rushed and she was out the door to the next patient. Maybe this was why I could get an appointment straight away. The other place I usually go had a month wait. I will go there next time. Sorry but I thought you should be aware that not every doctor takes the time to do the procedure at a less rushed pace.

I went in for X-rays together with my husband who needed to have an ultrasound done. When he came out after his ultrasound had been done, I was still waiting to have the X-rays done and my husband told me that all the X-ray rooms were vacant. There was nobody else waiting to be served. When I had the imaging done I requested to receive it on USB and paid for it. Then I had to sit and wait ... and wait ... After about 20 minutes I asked the lady at front desk how long it will take I was told she can't do it, the young lady" had to do it. The young lady assisted all walk-in patients (which counted to about 7 at that stage) and as far as I could hear (I sat closest to their desks) she was never told to prepare the USB. I waited for about another 20 minutes and as I went to the older lady to have my payment returned to cancel the USB as I needed to get back to work
