Appointment times mean nothing here. They will make you wait regardless. Sometimes over an hour. They take every person who walks in. Owner and manager need some lessons in customer service. And to train workers properly.

Did not have a booking and came in with a difficult request and they welcomed me very kindly! Couldn't have been more happy with the results and everyone was so kind and patient. A beautiful and kind lady spent a whole 2 hours on my nails and my nails have never looked better. I am so grateful. Can't stop looking at my nails.

Great customer service. Owners very friendly. Good prices. Excellent nail art.

Wow the most worst saloon in Melbourne customer service 0 we paid $ 40 took them 3 goes to apply went back as product peeled offThey asked for another $ 20 reapply .Would not honour the product or qualityThe most shifty operators .I have had the miss fortune to deal with if this is the way this lady runs a business .I am not surprised reading these terrible reviewsAVOID this experience….

Absolutely disgusted and horrified at the lack of customer service these people have. Came in to do pedicure and sns full set. My toes are painted on like a 5 year old all marked on the side of my nails. After I told the guy to clean around the nails he then started to take some off but obviously couldn’t take much off so he just left it and told me to sit to do my nails. My nails on the other hand is a different story they are bumpy and crooked, you could tell they just wanted to get the service over and done with very quickly. Not one word was spoken the whole time, I told her to fix one of my nails that was crooked she then continued to say it was my finger but then at the end realised and took it off. Honestly REALLY not happy with the service that was given to me. I cannot stop looking at how terrible my nails look. Not worth the money I paid what so ever.

After been treated like absolute trash at the Nail & spa salon- I ended up in the warm and extremely welcoming service by Tommy & staff. I had No appointment booked and they were still happy to take me in and do my pedicure. Lovely and friendly staff members. Pedicure was done in 30min and great results & price was cheaper than the other place. Highly recommend

I wish there was a 0 button. This has been the worst experience for me, I came in asked for a full set of French tips with gems. They did my French tips so horrible I can’t even look at my nails I’m so disappointed by them. The French tips were so uneven and the colour was so off. They finished my French tips and I thought they were gonna put diamonds but they told me to go to the counter THEY SAID IT WAS 70 dollars in total without the diamonds that I asked for. I told them that I wanted diamonds but then said that it would be 85. So I payed the 70 and left disgusted.WORST PLACE EVER DON’T GO HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Looking at reviews about these operators now I can see this is not isolated .This saloon is the worst we normally expect 3/4 weeks for shellac product to last not even 72 hours tried numerous time to apply on the day .We went back for refund or re apply only to be asked to pay again very shifty operators indeed

Will not be returning as the nails i got today were atrocious came in for simple French tip nail and left with nails that are different shapes, different lengths and different French tip sizes. The lady was so rude, so rushed and while drilling the nails she cut me and made me bleed multiple times and when asked to stop she said it’s okay it’s okay and continued like nothing was wrong. I’ve come here before and past experiences have been quite good, but this one has change my mind about the whole place.

Wish I could give this place a 0. Most disappointing nail experience I've ever gone through in my life. I asked for 3 white nails with diamantés and 2 French tips without any. I showed the lady the design before I went and got it done and she said $70 with diamantés. I sat down and showed the lady my design 3 times, she finished the design but didn't put any diamantés on and continued to say that's all have a nice day". I asked her why she didn't put any diamantés on and she ignored me. I then processed to pay and the lady said "$70" I asked why since I didn't have diamantés and she made me pay. Horrible experience
