Call out for a quote costs money, but worth every cent. Their guy repaired my old setup like new, came on his own time to finish some conplications and advised me how to save money with the rest of my plans. Outstanding company. Not out to screw the customer, just do good work.

We found Keith and his team at Fox after almost being ripped off by another big name air conditioning company. They were prompt coming out to our job and so knowledgeable, the tech also explained everything in perfect english! They fixed our problem for a fraction of the cost we were quoted by the other company and we’ve since had them back twice for other jobs and they are absolutely fantastic! Reliable, punctual and most of all so knowledgeable! I cannot recommend them highly enough!! 5 stars all round!!

The Team at Fox Refrigeration were great to deal with. They arrived on time and where very professional. Fixed our evaporated aircon and sourced the parts we required fast and completed the job within a timely manner. Highly recommended Keith and his team.

Paid $680.00 on the 4th December for replacement of pads and pump to my evaporative air conditioner. I was away on holiday and contacted Fox Refrigeration. They assured me the work had been carried out and could I pay the money as soon as possible". I paid in the money the same day. I arrived home today in 41 degrees heat to find the air conditioner is not working. I have made several phone calls to Fox Refrigeration and have had no replies. They advertise that they close at 5pm. I rang for the first time at 3.50pm. I am so disappointed with their service and work practices."

I asked for aircon service and was charged an inspection fee that wasn't mentioned...the guy said he'd come back and never did.
