utterly disgusted by how I was treated when heading up to the change rooms about to try items on. The lady who was put on changerooms looked inside all pockets and shook them not only was this done once but twice to make sure I wasn't stealing. I was treated like a criminal. I was hoping for some new clothes and was but after that I won't be returning. I feel as if this may be something to do with my looks as I am plus size and am of ethnic race. The staff member had brown frizzy hair in a ponytail,glasses and wearing white latex gloves (thought that was very odd) and looked about 40. I suggest you look into that staff member and teach them how to treat people with respect. not happy won't be returning. you just lost a customer.

Seen happier people in a morgue.. if you can't handle customer service role go find another job where you can act nasty to a brick wall. Also this isn't for every staff member. There was one with a smile on her face setting an amazing example at the front of the store greeting and saying bye to customers. Kudos to you. Go shop at big w up stairs, absolutely lovely bunch who always have a smile and say hello. Maybe a few of you should go there to learn some real customer service experience.

K-Mart Liverpool has returned to occupy the old target area, the store is layout is excellent and the ambience modern. The store is clean and due to the larger format, they carry a wider range of inventory from clothes, books, electronics and snacks.You will be able to find most things here, the customer service is excellent and covid safe protocols are in place with the usual check-in required and mandatory double vaccination certificates required.

Shocking... I called up 4 times and used each option available to speak to someone. I waited 5 minutes for each option... Collectively waited 20 minutes no one picked up. I just needed to ask a quick question...

Had a great experience with a lady called Angelita - she was really kind, patient and helpful! I had a lot of items and she helped me at the self service with a big smile! It was great receiving excellent service from her! Thank you Angelita!

This is a 24-hour storeThere is ample parkingThere are also disabled spots availableIt's busiest times are between 10:00 a.m. And about 8 or 9:00 p.m.It has clothes for all agesStationary and lots of things for schools and school age children.It has a layby area as wellThere are lots of choices and even if you just want to go somewhere for a couple of hours to look around at any time of the day or night, this is a place to go.I love it here whenever I want to buy something and I don't really know what I want to buy. This is where I go.If I can't sleep late at night, this is where I go.If I want some lollies and the other stores are closed... This is where I go.They have a very fair returns policy.The prices are very good.Pretty much one of the best stores around when it comes to this type of store.

Gets very crowded they should probably have more checkouts but usually it’s fine. A lot of products are damaged by customers but usually you can find what you want. Overall it’s helpful to have this store as it has a wide selection of products and the staff are helpful in finding what you need!

Kmart is a saviour for the ones who need things on short notice. U can easily find variety of things. But Liverpool kmart is always messy . I sometimes struggle to find things. It's hard to find new variety there.

Was very busy due to Mothers Day the next day,however, staff were organised when people were at the counters to pay for their items. A really good team here.
