Claims to be on top of their game however far from the experience received.Having never leased land out before I followed the direction of the real estate agent & advertised at thier recommended amount per week. 4 months later & no bites, 2 failed contracts (not even presented), 2 open for inspections, arguments on phone calls to potential leasers, ignored phone calls from potential leasers, organised private property inspections where the real estate agent didn't even show up! Even had two of the girls stand over a potential leaser when she enquired in the office!A complete waste of my time. After having bought and sold numerous properties this is by far the worst real estate agent I have come across. Catty & completely unprofessional.
